E-Commerce Mock Website
A collaborative group project to design and develop a fully functional e-commerce website for pet products and pet-care services. The platform allows users to browse items, add products to a shopping cart, manage pet profiles, book grooming and veterinary appointments, and complete secure checkouts.
Capstone Project - RAG AI Chatbot
Developed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI chatbot designed to answer student questions using course-specific materials. The system retrieves information from a curated knowledge base populated with lecture notes, assignments, and professor-provided documents. It also includes an instructor portal that allows teachers to upload new materials, automatically expanding the chatbot’s knowledge for future queries.
Hardware Return Guide Assistance
Developed a clear, step-by-step visual guide to streamline the hardware return process, helping users follow instructions accurately and reducing errors. The guide emphasizes clarity, usability, and error prevention, making the return process faster and more reliable for all users.
